  It is absolutely right, organizations are only as good as their employees. My past experience in this shop has been absolutely marvellous. They even allowed my small dog with me inside which made shopping experience even memorable. But on 10th March 2018 same store without having guide dog only sticker on entrance behaved very rude. Without greetings and stating the reason pointed the door to me and said dog stays out. Upon confronting and pointing out there is no such sign staff at the store had one answer it is usually there. There are ways to politely request your customers and this was not one. Sports direct is now off my usual shopping list forever.
